To Our Children's Future With Health, Inc. (TOCFWH) is a community-based, non-profit agency established in 1992. We primarily target the Haddington/Overbrook section of West Philadelphia (19131, 19139, and 19151 zip codes) and the Nicetown-Tioga section of North Philadelphia (19140 zip codes).

MISSION

To empower youth, adults, and communities toward healthy living by providing comprehensive community health and education services.

GOALS

  • To improve youth, adults, and communities' health status and health care utilization.
  • To provide preventative and health education programs designed to encourage healthy behaviors.
  • To support conduits through which the community, service providers, and government interact effectively to implement environmental strategies.
  • To create community health initiatives conceived and run by its people in cooperation with appropriate resources.
